Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority.  If an item you have ordered from Falling Water Designs does not meet your expectations, simply return it by the following method.

1. Call (206) 323-2873 and we will promptly send you a mailing label with the RMA#
2. Box the item securely, enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and accessories.
3. Use the provided label with your RMA# and mail the package via mail carrier.
4. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable.
